Pre-workout puffcorn bowl by @waltonamy2


  • 3 cups (one serving) of like air pancake puffcorn

  • 2 Tablespoons cashew/almond butter

  • 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 large banana, sliced


  1. pour Like Air pancake puffcorn in a bowl

  2. Add Banana

  3. Drizzle cashew/almond butter on top and add hemp seeds

  4. Enjoy!
