Ingredients:

• 7 oz of Like Air Classic Puffcorn (1.75 regular bags)

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1/3 cup clear corn syrup

• 1 stick of butter

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 250°

2. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar and corn syrup

3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to simmer and stir for one minute

4. Add vanilla and baking soda. Continue to stir as mixture fluffs up and lightens in color

5. Pour puffcorn into a large bowl

6. Pour contents over puffcorn and stir gently until coating is evenly distributed

7. Transfer puffcorn to a large baking sheet; spread out evenly

8. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes

9. Transfer to a large bowl once cooled. Enjoy!
