English Toffee Puffcorn by @latiat

Ingredients:

• 4 oz of Like Air Classic Puffcorn (1 regular bag)

• 1/2 pound of butter (2 sticks)

• 2 ½ cups of white sugar

• 4 Tablespoons of light corn syrup

• Melted chocolate chips (if desired)

• Chopped nuts (if desired)

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in the water, sugar, and light corn syrup

2. Cook it until it looks like the color of peanut butter or until it is 300⁰F

3. While hot, fold in the Like Air Classic Puffcorn and toss until coated

4. Add nuts and chocolate if desired

5. Pour into a bowl or on a sheet pan and enjoy!
